Quick Clean Up, Non-Stick Cooking Mat

I received The Chef Clever Baking Mat in exchange for my honest review. I love making cookies, but dislike the messy cleanup afterwords. The pans get greasy, parts of the cookies stick, and there are a ton of dishes. So, when I received my new baking mat, I thought I would put it to the test by making some sugar cookies. The great thing about this mat is that it has placement spots for the cookies marked right on the mat, and the mat is the same size as a regular cookie sheet.  It is made of a non toxic silicone that can stand up to the heat. When my cookies where done, I removed the mat from my open and began to take the copies off using a spatula. To my amazement the cookies did not stick to the mat at all. They turned out soft in the middle and lightly cooked on the outside (just the way I like my cookies). Clean up afterwards was so easy. You can cook other things on this mat, I just love cookies. I plan on getting a couple more Baking Mats in the future. #BakingMat
